Truly dramatic images reveal how lucky a 7-year old Dallas boy was despite having been hit by a pickup truck. The boy’s name is Lorenzo Cantu. Just before a party for his 7th birthday party he was jumping on a trampoline in his back yard, when his dogs ran across the street. Lorenzo followed them and was struck as he crossed the street by a four door white Ford pickup. The driver fled the scene, and police are now searching for him. The authorities’ investigation may be aided by dramatic video surveillance tape which the boy’s grandfather turned over to assist in capturing the hit and run driver.
