On July 24, 2013, in Arlington, Texas a terrible and fatal car accident rocked the community. At 2:20 a.m. a young couple and their baby were on their way home when they were struck by a drunk driver. There is never a reason for drunk driving and to ever let things get out of control because the result is always the same.  There are many who are at fault here.
