As the Dallas County deputies re-open the westbound lanes of Highway 175 at Edd Road in southeast Dallas County, the memory of what happened begins to fade.  As is all too common on Texas highways, tragedy struck.  The victim, 31 year old  Jorge Vasquez, paid the ultimate price.

While the lanes re-open, as of this publication, we still don’t know what caused  the driver of the SUV to loose control and hit a guardrail.  Unfortunately, we may never know what happened.  As car accident attorneys we are always working to identify the person responsible for such tragedy.   In this case it does not appear that a third party is responsible for this tragedy.
